Sandra Boyer ’85 likes being in charge of her own career. That is the beauty of owning her own business, Boyer Greene, LLC, a full-service law firm management consulting business based in Ann Arbor, with offices in New Hampshire and Nevada. Together with her business partner, Arthur Greene, Boyer offers counseling and advice to small and mid-sized law firms.
In addition to her consulting business, she is founder of LEGUS, an international network of small-to mid-sized law firms. Boyer serves as president for the referral-based membership organization of 2,500 lawyers from 80 law firms worldwide.
“Lawyers were always asking for help regarding law firm management, so I decided to form my own business,” she said. “Word-of-mouth helped me to expand. I was retained to assist law firms in developing and implementing strategies for management improvements.”
