Favorite class to teach

Quality Management

Proudest accomplishment in the classroom

In 2012, I co-wrote and published an e-book entitled "Managing for Quality in Higher Education: A Systems Perspective" which was used as a reference in my Quality Management classes.

In 2016, I co-wrote and published an e-book entitled "Values Analysis for Moral Leadership" which was used as a reference in my Management & Organization and Business & Society classes.

Advantage of teaching at a smaller school

You get a chance to really get to know your students and interact with them on a personal level.

Next big goal

With the publisher's permission (already granted), my next goal is to revise the 2012 e-book "Managing for Quality in Higher Education: A Systems Perspective" to include a test bank and Power Point slides. Expected publication date is 2017.

My motivation

To be able to share with my students business management principles informed by the biblical perspective.
