Alma College
Alma College is a private, liberal arts college located in Alma, Michigan. The enrollment is approximately 1,400 students pursuing one of four degrees (Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Music, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing) over 50 programs of study. The College’s mission is “to prepare graduates who think critically, serve generously, lead purposefully and live responsibly as stewards of the world they bequeath to future generations”. Publications that have recognized Alma College include the Fiske Guide to Colleges, the Princeton Review’s “50 Colleges that Create Futures” and the Princeton Review “Best in the Midwest” for 17 consecutive years.
The Alma Commitment offers a pledge that each student will receive up to $2,500 in Alma Venture funding to participate in an experiential learning opportunity, such as an internship, research fellowship, or study abroad. Additionally, if a student meets program requirements but is not able to graduate on time through no fault of their own, the college will pay the tuition cost for their extra semester.

Alma College offers 39 academic majors including Pre-Health Professions/Sciences, Education, and Business.

The Alma Scots compete in NCAA Division III athletics in the MIAA Conference.
